Day 6

I started working out once a week. I do the treadmill for 30mins to an hour. After that i do 20 squats, fire hydrants, and leg lifts. I know its not much to work out once a week, but its a start. doing the treadmill is actually easier then i thought because i just watch netflix the whole time so i end up walking longer. i still have bad eating habits, my mom is trying to help me with that. i started eating blueberries, they are my favorite fruit. its not much but its a start.

my motivation is not there. i want to loose weight, but i just can’t find it in myself to find the motivation. i know how to loose weight, i just dont have the motivation to actually go out and do it.

I’ve been doing pretty good with exercising, I’ve fallen off a bit with healthy eating. I need to eat better, like a lot better. and i still need to exercise a lot more. im going to start walking more and toning my legs and arms. i’m also going to try to eat healthier, like more fruits, smaller portions and healthier options like gluten free

i have lost only 5 pounds so far. im having a lot of trouble gettting motivated to eat better. ive been a lot better with exercising more, ive been walking and i do my squats and wall push ups, i just gotta learn to eat better.

So the Military Diet was a big no no. After the first day i was ready to pass out. So i decided it would be better just to eat smaller portions and healthier foods. Also i started taking walks for my cardio and doing some sprinting. I do 20-40 squats and wall push ups everyday. I haven’t seen any results yet but hopefully soon i will.

Day 1

I took a 45 minute walk yesterday to help with my cardio. I didn’t realize how out of shape i was till i was out of breath after the first ten minutes. So i decided it was finally time to get in shape. Today┬áis the first day of the Military Diet. It’s a very strict diet, you can only eat what they tell you to eat and there is no snacking. It’s a three day diet and you can lose up to 10 pounds with the help of exercise. As these three days go on, I will decrease the intensity of my workouts for i will not be eating enough calories to do the same intensity everyday. If the Military Diet is a success, i might do it again next week, depending on how i feel after and if i’m able to start a healthier lifestyle or if i need another push.
